Pre- Breakfast - squeeze of lemon in glass of hot water & a organic carrot, apple and ginger juice
Breakfast - free range scrambled eggs with baby spinach, tomato & herbs ** yum but I had to scoff it down this morning
Snack - seasonal fruit salad
Lunch - curried roast pumpkin & mixed bean salad with avocado, parsley & honey mustard dressing ** definitely sick of salad and would you believe pumpkin! For the time being anyway...
Snack - nuts
Dinner - not sure yet?? It was originally fish & chips but I chose to have NO FISH in my detox
Additional - 2L water, green tea w/ jasmine, peppermint tea and a a scoop of both LSA (linseed, sunflower, almond mix) & psyllium husks in water
Exercise - 30 min yoga meditation
