Detox - Day 10

WHOO last day! Aftermath post to come...

Pre- Breakfast
- squeeze of lemon in glass of hot water & a organic carrot, apple and ginger juice
Breakfast - free range scrambled eggs with baby spinach, tomato & herbs ** yum but I had to scoff it down this morning
Snack - seasonal fruit salad
Lunch
- curried roast pumpkin & mixed bean salad with avocado, parsley & honey mustard dressing ** definitely sick of salad and would you believe pumpkin! For the time being anyway...
Snack
- nuts
Dinner
- not sure yet?? It was originally fish & chips but I chose to have NO FISH in my detox
Additional - 2L water, green tea w/ jasmine, peppermint tea and a a scoop of both LSA (linseed, sunflower, almond mix) & psyllium husks in water
Exercise
- 30 min yoga meditation

hurrah you made it! and with only minimal gagging. Although i understand what with all the pumpkin and brown rice...id be pretty gaggy too.
Cant wait to see what you're final results turned out to be, do you feel much better?

Thank goodness! You will appreciate being able to choose your own meals and make them yourself I'm sure.
